Honorable US Senator,  Benjamin Louis Cardin is an American political-man who serves as the senior United States Senator from Maryland since 2007. Senator Badin is one of the top leaders in the US Senate and serves as Chairman of Subcommittee on East Asia, The Pacific and International Cybersecurity Policy and other important committees. The Senator gave a marvelous speech during VUST Opening Ceremony. Senator’s speech shows his strong support to VUST’s Cybersecurity Programs.
