Please be noted that the website of VUST.US is a private website and only for authorized visitors at this moment. It is NOT for public yet. Virginia University of Science & Technology, Inc. (DBA: VUST, Inc.) is a small Virginia Corporation and is a member company of George Mason University Enterprise  Center (MEC-Fairfax). Its main office is  located at 8400 Westpark Dr. Suite 118, Tysons Corner, VA 22102.  VUST also has a virtual office at 4031 University Drive, Suite 229, Fairfax City, Virginia,22030, United States. VUST, Inc. is a corporation that it owns and supervises  operation of Virginia University of Science & Technology (DBA: VUST) in Northern Virginia in the near future.

VUST is currently under processing of application operation license at State Council of Higher Education for Virginia (SCHEV). VUST will be a small private university in the Virginia Commonwealth. It will offer both Bachelor Degrees and Master Degrees of Science, Engineering, Managment and Arts, etc. if they are approved by SCHEV.

Therefore, we declare as following:

1.     VUST, Inc. registered in Virginia Commonwealth on January 18th 2013. It is legally operating in Northern Virginia at 8400 Westpark Dr. Suite 118, Tysons Corner, VA 22102; VUST, Inc. is an incubatee in the GMU Enterprise Center – Fairfax City.   

2.     VUST is a forthcoming university and is under processing of application of operating license at SCHEV. It should not impact the operation of VUST, Inc..

4.     All employment positions, except Faculty positions, are opened that can be legally employed by VUST, Inc..

5.     All Faculty positions are the contingent positions and have to wait for approval by SCHEV.
