VUST Welcomes New President!

On behalf of the VUST Board of Directors and the Executive Team, I would like to welcome our new President, Dr. Voytek Panas, to the Virginia University of Science & Technology family.

Dr. Panas is an accomplished higher-education leader with demonstrated success in college operations, growth, and development. His professional background bridges leadership, business, and higher education administration. Over the past 20 years, he served in various academic roles ranging from an instructor, academic dean, campus president to a college president. Before joining VUST, Dr. Panas served as Campus President of ECPI University in Northern Virginia, which specialized in cybersecurity, information systems, and software development programs. Before ECPI, he served as Campus President at Stratford University.

Dr. Panas will bring his management expertise and outstanding leadership skills in higher education to VUST and make the University grow and expand its operations.

Again, we are delighted to have Dr. Panas among us, Welcome Aboard!
